60 years on from the year of his birth and 30 years since he passed away, 2007 was a poignant anniversary for Marc Bolan friends, family and fans across the word. To honour and pay tribute to the ultimate glam-rock idol, those closest to the star held the moving and triumphant 'Marc Bolan The Celebration Concert' on September 15th 2007 at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire. Liberation Entertainment will bring this magical concert to the small screen on 29 September 2008, when 'Marc Bolan The Celebration Concert' makes its DVD debut.

This once in a lifetime concert featured all of Marc's hits performed together on one stage, including '20th Century Boy', 'Telegram Sam', 'Jeepster', 'Ride A White Swan' and 'Children Of The Revolution'. Marc Almond, Gloria Jones and T.Rextasy headlined the event, with Almond not only performing epic versions of 'Teenage Dream' and 'Dandy In The Underworld', but also taking to the stage for the moving finale with Gloria Jones, in an emotional duet of 'Tainted Love'.
